  I took my puppy to the groomers 3 times in the past, no problems. Today I took her in to a different groomer, Letty. Traumatizing! I took her collar off and she put a leash around her neck and my puppy was choking and scared. My daughter and I tried to calm her. Letty was pulling on the leash and my puppies eyes turned bright red! My daughter asked the groomer if she could pick her up because she was choking her. Letty said no, because she has to see how the dog walks... really! She was very uncaring. We told her to cancel our appt. not going to subject my dog to an hour of that. Another groomer told us we should take her when it’s not so busy. She also said they had problems today with other dogs acting like that. Maybe the dogs sense something in this groomer. Will find a new place where they show an ounce of compassion for animals.
