- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Spears is an excellent Doctor! I take my 3 year old to see him and I am also his patient. He is caring, attentive, polite, talkative, goofy( in a very loving way)and always in a good mood . I am so happy I found him. He is the best ENT Specialist here in San Antonio. His staff at his office at Stone Oak location is also very polite.
