- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I met Dr. Marcela Alvarez as she began her post-graduate work at the LSU Dental School. I had really neglected my dental hygiene for years and after a through evaluation, we decided that I needed a full implant – upper and lower. She guided me through the extraction of all of my remaining teeth, and then prepared the temporary implants that I used as she worked on the permanent implants. This gave me the ability to go out and speak in public without any embarrassment and to enjoy all of my meals. It is impossible to tell my permanent implants are not my real teeth. She matched the teeth to my jaws and the color is natural - not artificial. Outstanding work from a true professional. Dr. Alvarez does not settle for “better”, she insists on the “best”. She strives and seeks perfection because she wants her patients to be at their very best by having the very best of dental care.
