- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My wife had an appointment for a spinal injection after a good experience at their Teoperwine location. The experience here was not nearly as good. The reception people took a while to call her to fill out paperwork, and she was still in the middle of it when called back. There was a long wait in the back room where the staff thought she was a different patient, wanted to give the injection in the wrong part of the back, took 3 tries to get a needle in her hand for the anesthesia, and did not know how to properly take blood pressure. She was told she would be able to speak to Dr.Gonzalez, but was not able to speak to him until she was already going under. This practice is unprofessional and uncaring.April 17, 2017by andy cobb
