- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They don't take ownership of their mistakes. Not one apology for the mistake. At the end, I was trying to explain something and was rudely cute off by front clerk. I was fuming but kept my cool and just walked away . Ive been going there for two years with no issues until now. A simple apology and ownership would have been fine for me.
