- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doctors are great. Staff is awful, every visit was an insurance billing nightmare. They did not take accountability and had me, the patient, call the two insurances to fix the claims they submit incorrectly. When they refused to resubmit the claim they sent me a collection notice. I have 2 insurance policies and always pay up front! They failed to call with test results twice! It'd be nice to know I'm not terminal in a timely manner Thanks!May 19, 2017by Gabriela Ochoa
