  I am very pleased with the professional and kind service provided by Dr. Tonya Christal and her staff. Beside the typical routine examinations and cleaning I recently got two new molar crowns, the job was done perfectly and from day one I felt like these were part of my denture, very natural feeling and appearence. My wife is also very pleased with Dr. Tonya so we are definitely planning on being long time patients.

  I am very disappointed on the "service" received. It all sounded real good on my first visit. The dentist did a full eval and told me a lot of good things. I even agreed to have a couple of filings done, which I am not sure I really needed. She referred me to an in-house Endo for further evaluation on one tooth. This was extra out of pocket cost but somehow I agreed. I was supposed to get a "Report" and an estimate from the office. Well it took several Phone calls and messages to the office and after about Two Months I finally got a phone call from the Endodontist just to let me know he Could Not do anything with the tooth. On each visit I paid My Copay, but now billing is Extra for something the Insurance did not pay. And they were supposed to have verified all of this before services were provided. Not Good Customer Service provided.
