- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It’s unfortunate that even tho I have been with this specific agent for approx. 17 yrs they still do not serve as my advocate. I get last minute signature required letters via snail mail and late IRS tax related forms in late May and Im supposed to feel like they are looking out for me? No I don’t see it. Now Im going to be charged more for a form they needed yet I didn’t know about it until after the fact that it went into effect. Ken may be a fine gentleman and agent but his staff of hens are quick to put up their defense of limited service when you call and expect to have someone looking out for you. They have hundreds of reasons of why they cannot help you or do for you but they are never proactive to help you long before the sh**t hits the fan. I bet those hens are never behind the power curve of their industry. My coverage may be sufficient, but the service is poor. No, not a happy camper at all.June 03, 2017by Gonzalo Salazar
