- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Used Zocdoc to book an appointment, went to the ER who instructed me to see her asap sooner than the booked appointment, 3 days after booking the appointment, the bimbo front desk lady who put me on hold for 6 minutes and forgot why I was on hold says she doesn't have that slot open for new patients. Wtf? I had severe chest pains that landed me into the ER and she says we rebooked you on the 16th over two weeks. I just hung up on her, very unprofessional and rude.
