- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪on 4/7/16 an xray confirmed a broken shoulder. Did not stabilize. Did not provide pain management. Dr said he wanted CT scan and would submit the request to the primary for insurance approval. 11 days have elapsed. Although I have called daily nothing has been done. Apparently, their dictation department has fallen behind. Dr Chance may be ok as a physician but does not have efficient admin for his practice.April 23, 2017by Robert Galvan
