  Dr. Howard is amazing. She always listens to , and welcomes, all of my concerns, no matter how ridiculous they might seem, with a very pleasant attitude. She understands that my husband and I are new parents and tend to worry more than we might need to, so she accommodates that and gives us great advice. She never seems to have a bad attitude, she is very nice, and I'm just overall happy that we have her as our daughters pediatrician! As for Viva Pediatrics as a whole, taking into account waiting rooms, restrooms, and staff other than my daughters pediatrician, I don't have much to complain about. The waiting room can get crowded, as can any waiting room, you can ask what times and/or days they aren't as busy and you can request to make an appointment for one of those days/times. There is only one restroom, so take that into account when making appointment times. I feel like the restroom could be a bit cleaner as well. The women who work the front desk are always extremely nice and I've never had an issue with them. I've never had to wait very long for my daughter to see her doctor. At most, I've had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes. I always show up on time or a couple of minutes late too. Trying to call to make an appointment, however, is extremely annoying, as they don't always answer and will often put you on hold for an excessive amount of time when you do get ahold of someone. I hope this all helps someone!
