- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have MS and apparently the flu. I called Dr Valdez at 5pm to see if I need to report to the hospital and it is now12:09am and I still have Not received s call back. I have never even Seen this dr ...ever..... The way they run this office is a joke. They only want to see you for one thing at a time which I was told is a type of insurance fraud. I'm going to look for another dr asap and my insurance also asked me to file a form for a grievance.
