  If they answer the phone, Its a miracle. We always have to wait over an hour to be taken to a room and still have to wait another 15 min before the doctor comes in. Dr Pick is very nice but way to slow. During my appointment i was told that they where going to send a prescription over to walgreens for my daughter but they never put them through. I called the next day, after calling several times before some one answered, she told me that they would send the prescriptions. I just got off the phone with the pharmacy after waiting 3 hours and they said that they dont have any request for my daughter. I have now been trying to call the office again and guess what they are not answering.
