- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We see Dr. Font in this office. My dad receives excellent care. Dr. Font is extremely caring and gives his patients 100%. He's great at explaining what the problem is and whats the best way to treat it. His assistant Pauline is wonderful. She always responds to my emails / phone calls in a timely manner or will relay questions to Dr. Font. The front office staff are courteous, get us checked in and out quickly. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪i found this physicians' clinic lacking in their expeditious service when it come to patients' request ( ie medical records). i had to request my medical records under the threat of filing a complaint under the hippa provisions and the texas medical board. however, the clinic is very quick to accept new patients and will overbook their physicians for profit at the expense of the patient's health. for example, my appointment was rescheduled several times resulting in an overbook appointment with a temperamental and brutish dr. manuel garcia. surely, if this clinic cares for its patients it would not overbook and would recommend other physicians or offices. however, this was not the case. this office is an insurance mill. do not go there if you have private insurance and have self-respect. no one should be treated as an insurance number. do not allow this office to overbook you for the sake of money. i advise all my senior citizen friends not to visit dr. manuel garcia unless you wish to be verbally abused.January 23, 2017by diana vasquez
