- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give this billing office a ZERO, I would. I love the Baptist Health System, but why their doctors use this billing office and system, I do not know. Their billing is HORRIBLE. They DO NOT have any way of paying ONLINE, and I have had to leave messages on their voicemail because no one actually answers. Someone called me back 2 days later. This system is unfair and out of touch in today's tech world. Save yourself the money on the return envelope and add an online webpay address! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Some of the worst service! I knew I had a bill from this place but never received it. I called multiple times asking for the amount owed and kept getting told that my insurance covered it and no amount was due. I asked them to please note that I was calling. I moved and called again to update my address and confirm I didn't owe them any money. Again, they tell me no ma'am you do not! 2 weeks later I get a credit notification that none other than River City put me in collections for $101.00. The same people I had been calling at least 3 times to pay! So infuriating, and now they won't remove the bill from my credit and let me just pay it!
