  Dr. Saloum is great in person but his staff is horribly incompetent and Dr. Saloum is no good at responding via the email provided on the website. My insurance requires referrals for everything and it takes his staff up to two weeks to send them out sometimes. or they don't send them at all and will flat-out give attitude when you ask if they've sent it yet. It took me over three months to get x-rays, CT-scans, and a biopsy to confirm I have Hodgkins Lymphoma. Currently, the amazing staff at the START Center for Cancer Care has been trying to call the office DAILY for exactly a week now and Dr. Saloum's office will not answer. I called yesterday and the receptionist said they had just spoken with the START center and sent all my information over.....this morning Ann from the START center said she hasn't been able to get ahold of anyone at Saloum's office. They're lying as I'm dying. Oh, and there's no voicemail so you have to just keep trying or go in person as sometimes you'll get a fax noise since they only have two phone lines. And they'll put you on hold for up to 20 minutes then hang up on you. My patient advocate at the START center has emailed and received no response..I'm dying of cancer and Dr. Saloum's office doesn't care. As soon as I get an oncologist, I'm finding a new primary care physician. This place is fine for simple stuff but if you have serious health issues, find a more competent office. don't trust you're life with this "team".

  I see Dr. Saloum, and I couldn't ask for a better Dr. Not only is he amazing, his office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel safe and comfortable going to his office and trust his judgment. if you're looking for a great Dr. With amazing staff this the place you need to go!

  My mother is very very pleased with Dr. Saloum, as is the rest of my family. My parents travel 2.5 hours just to see him. HOWEVER, THE RECEPTIONIST, ALEJANDRA, IS VERY VERY RUDE!!! Not just once or twice, she is always rude!!! Today she hung up on me as I was still speaking; very unprofessional!!! Most days she won't even answer the phone. This review should not take away from the professionalism that Dr. Saloum portrays. He is very attentive and professional. If only the rest of the staff could learn from him...
