- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After a few years.. I am looking for a new orthopedic. Called in tears the pain is so sever in the knee that I can't walk. Explain that to phone staff. THEY DON'T CARE!!!!!!!! Today 11/18/2016. Can't get me in to see doctor until 12/2/2016. Stated that there is nothing they can do to help me with the pain or to get me in to see the doctor. I need a doctor that has an office staff that cares and wants to help you. Not just get you off the phone as soon as possible. They wouldn't even take a message and have the nurse call me to talk about a solution until I could get in to see the doctor. I liked Dr. Fox. Phone staff - not so much.
