- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Their business model is to inappropriately split up initial screenings and cleanings into multiple days forcing you to make multiple appointments to charge insurance for multiple visits. Only offer cleanings and procedures that require extra money. Even with zero cavities or problems AND insurance they told me I needed a "deep cleaning" that costs an extra $400. Clearly their goal is to milk you for every penny. Sorely Disappointed.September 23, 2017by J J
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had been dreading looking for a new dental office for my family. Dr. Bates and his team were amazing. The office has the option to see all specialist ( Oral Surgery, Orthodontist and Periodontics) all at the same location. Dr. Bates and Dr Gonzalez ( Oral Surgery) were very thorough at my surgical consultation. What I loved the most was that they gave me multiple options for my treatment. I felt comfortable with the decision I made. Julie the office manager took her time and walked me through my treatment plan and made my experience very pleasant!
