- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going to Culebra office with Dr Obrecon for 15 yrs, he's great..however this year has been a nightmare to see him. I have had multiple appointments scheduled with him, and when I show up, I'm told Dr O is not there, since June I have been trying to see him. The office manager Crystal has given me all kinds of unacceptable excuses as to why I was not contacted prior to my arrival. I've had missed time off from work. I am very dissatisfied with the way the office is managed. No consideration for my time is taken. The lack of good management will steer me away from that office.December 16, 2016by rosario gonzales
