  I have been going to him since i was like 15 . Best eye doctor ever. I would not trust anyone else with my eyes. I dont know why people write bad reviews....stuff happens people but this doctor will tell u like it is . I like that ;) keep up the good work

  Honestly if you're lucky enough to get an answer then the doctor himself does a very good job. The fact that he resists to hire decent staff is the reason I am taking my business elsewhere and am taking the time to warn others of this place. He does not care about his patients, only their money. If you select an early appointment, the doctor and maybe the temp clueless 17 year old receptionist will both be late if not absent while you wait in your car. After reading the other reviews, it's apparent that this is an ongoing issue and numerous other patients are waiting ABSURD lengths of time for extremely necessary medicine and corrective eyewear. We call and and call day after day to get our glasses/lenses and you cannot get an answer. Occasionally there will be a helpless answering service that simply tell you that they will relay your message. They do not even greet callers with an introduction so you have no idea if your even calling the right number. They rudely tell you the office is temporarily closed. The doctor decides to shut his practice wedneday for the rest of the week after not answering his phone all of Monday and Tuesday. The office is dirty/outdated/and visibly unorganized. It will have been a complete month, probably longer since I truly doubt i will get a phone call once my glasses do come in (if they already havent) My sister was also a former patient and has waited about 2 MONTHS for contacts after staff told her her contacts were ordered. 3 weeks passed after no patient contact, after endless attempts to speak to a legitimate employee, we found out they had never actually ordered the contacts. My sister got married with ONE old gross contact lens since the doctor had closed randomly for an entire week. *******DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. You WILL be disappointed and feel cheated by your doctor and his revolving door/incompetent staff. You will wait over a month for basic corrective eyewear************* I will be reporting him to the better business bureau and healthgrades.
