- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My wife was dealing with some extended personal and medical issues rather than working with us to resschedule, they hit us with a $50 fee. I was expecting more. The manager did not seem to care and already had her answer ready before I could explain. Her tone was more unsympathetic than I honestly expected. The filling we needed to reschedule was only going to cost $60 (after insurance). Anything to make buck I guess. I felt like another fish in the sea to them. So disappointed in the staff, because I actually liked one of the dentists there. I had over $1000 of work lined up too. But if they treat my wife poorly, I can't go back.May 22, 2017by Jeff McInturf
