- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My daughter went for a Annual Physical Evaluation. During the evaluation the doctor referred her to have an X-Ray done in her shin. X-Rays were taken and there was never a follow-up, but they are billing us for the whole visit. Rick referred me back to the insurance and cut off my call.September 21, 2017by David Aguilar
