  During my first visit with Dr. Case he seemed very nice and knowledgeable. Went back for a scheduled follow up appointment today and my God was it terrible. I waited an hour. I got frustrated waiting so I requested a refund. Dr. Case, if you're going to leave your customers waiting for an hour. Have the courtesy to send someone out and let them know you're backed up. Just leaving customer hanging doesn't work well. I work in the customer service industry and I would never leave a customer waiting that long with no contact. Doesn't have to be you but someone should.

  Love, Dr. Case. BUT... As others have stated, the piss-poor performance of staff ( billing, nurses and the phone system) have to be experienced to be believed. It is a real shame to mark down this excellent doc for his support staff, but the buck stops with him. A great choice if you are retired, and can take the time to keep things straight.
