  This agency is the worst! I called a month and a half ago gave a new card number after my old bank acct closed, but it was never posted to my account. So while I thought my payments were going to be withdrawn each month on it's own they weren't! They NEVER posted my new information and charged the amount to my old card which was rejected. They NEVER called/emailed/sent letters to ask for a new card number or to let me know the payments weren't going through. They claim to have sent ONE POSTCARD to an address I specifically told them not to (on several different occasions) and to have called which yes they did 3 times but not in regards to my policy being cancelled. They called to get me to finance with them. Because I missed this ONE payment after THEIR mistake my policy was cancelled for 5 days before I knew. I called several times during the month to find out when my payment would be taken out and I was told "The agent you need to speak with is out of the office" or "Our systems are down and I can't get to your account". When I realized what happened I asked what could be done since it wasn't MY mistake it was theirs. They said I had to pay for TWO FULL MONTHS or wait a week before my policy could be reinstated. I will NEVER use this agency again. It's a shame that they treat their customers this way because State Farm is a good company but since these people have no regard for their clients I've had to look for insurance elsewhere. I have told others about this and they have canceled their policies for similar reasons. Be careful if you choose this agency.
