- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have had a good experience with Dr. Gross. He has returned my calls very timely when I have called with a issue regarding my daughter. The appointments are very short but he gets to the point and is only their to address issues for his specialty not other things with child. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Possibly the worst doctor I have ever met. Appears "caring" when you first meet him, but he is not concerned at all for children or their parents. I spent 3 hours in the waiting room just so he could sign some test forms for my daughter. He never came out to see me, and he didn't sign the forms. The office staff were extremely rude and defensive after the first five minutes of me being there. They threatened me, they called the building manager on me, and they threatened to call security if I didn't leave because I was "disrupting" the other patients. I was simply standing there, holding my 1 year old while waiting for the paperwork to be signed. My daughter wasn't even crying. All this after months of excuses and delays. Literally every time I called to check up on a form or a test or insurance approval they had an excuse for not doing it in a timely manner.
