  I would rate at zero if I could. I was referred to this medical office by my GYN for a wellness colonoscopy. During the appointment scheduling I clearly stated this was my wellness suggested by my doctor. Scheduler asked me if there were any symptoms (beginning of the problem and their way to charge the patient). Scheduled a consultation. Showed up 30 minutes driving over 40 minutes. Asked for a $60 co-pay. I began to question this because it was a wellness appointment. I was told they noted on my form symptoms I was asked about on the phone. I explained my purpose was to schedule my wellness exam and I said that on the phone while scheduling my appointment. I explained I will cancel the appointment and refer back to my doctor. She said "ok". I then stated I had a long drive and she responded with "so do I". I said I will not come back and she said "ok". Thank goodness I had that experience with the office staff before I allowed anyone to have my best interest at hand. Make sure if this is a wellness and they ask you on the phone if you have symptoms the answer is no. And be prepared for them to charge you for the "consultation".
