- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Rao and her staff have to be the sweetest and most compassionate office I have ever walked into. Dr. Rao always makes herself available to us, making us feel more like family then patients. Her staff always treats us with kindness and respect. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Alicia is the worst, rudest, arrogant person I have EVER experienced. Totally unprofessional. Lousy attitude. Trying to make an appointment with her after MY DOCTOR referred me to an oncologist was like pulling teeth. She did everything she could to make it as difficult as she could. She even had the nerve to tell me my labs didn't show a high white blood cell count WHEN THAT WAS THE REASON FOR THE REFERRAL AND THEY CLEARLY SHOWED IT IF SHE WOULD LEARN HOW TO READ. She thinks she knows it all. I have never met Dr. Rao but if she hires rude people like Alicia her judgement stinks. I'm glad I didn't get an appointment.
