  Absolutley worst doctors experience ever, and I'm not the patient. My mother had an appointment at 10:30, the waiting room was filled with people that probably had appointments at 10:30 as well. I'm just guessing but the office was so overbooked there was standing room only, over 20 people. Several patients were complaining about the wait time, some even in visible pain. My mother, who keep in mind recently had surgery WITH COMPLICATIONS had no place to sit and had to take a seat in a nearby office. She was finally seen by the doctor at 1:00!! This office needs help! The office nurses and manager are unprofessional to another degree and severely incompetent with FMLA certification procedures. I would not recommend this office to anyone, it seems the insurance money dominates their interest over patient care. Disgusted!

  Dr was alright maybe 2 star except took forever for my follow up appointment. Seen the Dr on the 14th and got a script sent to heb... on the 15th i go to heb first thing and low and behold they have nothing for me. So i call to ask why it wasn't sent and the woman states it was sent to the heb on kitty hawk, i said ok but it's not here would you like to speak to the tech. Then she got snotty. Wouldn't recommend anyone to this dr and i was sent by the va and I'm going to ask the va to find a new dr as well so our Veterans are not treated the way i was.
