  I had the reduced fee dental plan, which they said they accepted and they asked me to bring the fee schedule so they would have the fee amount to charge, they did not charge what they were supposed to charge but OVER charged BIG TIME, charged a higher amount than what was supposed to be charge according to the fee schedule, removal of # 14 tooth surgical/erupt (D7210) supposed to be 94.00 they charge 123.00 a (D7220) a wisdom tooth, this was #14 tooth not a wisdom, they charged a yearly exam fee, when the schedule clearly states (D0150) Comp oral eval-new/estab pat (as put on my statement) was supposed to be 00.00 and told the company when I questioned these charges, that it was 25% off the office call fee? they charged me 58.00 when the sign on the window for the new patent office call with exam was 50.00, when if that WERE the case it should have been no more than 37.50 and they did this for both myself and my husband, this makes it 149.00 more than it was supposed to be according to the schedule. Bottom line they will do or say anything to get you in there and than up the charges or miss state what they are doing to get a higher price, they gave us a treatment plan for my husband in the amount of over 3500.00 which is about 1000.00 higher than what the prices are according to the schedule, it even had a charge in there to remove a wisdom tooth ! my husband had all 4 of his wisdom teeth remove some 20 years ago, so be VERY CAREFUL if you go here.
