- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had Hip Replacement in Jan 17, prior to my surgery I lived with 10 years of pain in my right hip thinking I had osteoarthritis which is what my PCP advised. Had it not been for me going back to my PCP and more X-rays I would have never seeked out Dr. Phelps. I went in surgery at 7 am and came out pain free. Since that day I have had no pain in my hip and my recovery was super fast. Dr. Phelps and his staff have all been just awesome to work with.
