- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been here a few times now, but this is by far the longest I've waited to be seen. When I signed in, there was a lady in front of me with the same time as mine. That should've been my first clue. I was triaged quickly enough, but then they told me I had to move to the second waiting room. A few minutes later, I was moved to another patient room where I've been waiting ever since. My appointment was at 1:15 and it's now 2:25. I just heard the nurse say the doctor was with a patient and had three others waiting in rooms and two more waiting in the second waiting area. I have no idea where I am on that list. He's a good doctor and very personable and thorough, but it's clear, he's well overbooked at least for today.November 12, 2017by Heather Schmitz
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Gresham is wonderful. He is patient, thorough, and clearly loves his job. With that being said, be prepared to wait a LONG time each visit. If you have plans, cancel them. If you work, make sure to take off either a half day or the whole day. I would love to give this five stars since Dr. Gresham is pretty amazing, but his office staff is less than desirable. They appear apathetic or sometimes rude. The echo tech can also be rude and condescending. In addition, they lost the results of my baseline echo, so when I had to have one on an acute basis this past September, there was nothing to compare it with. I requested records, my rheumatologist requested records, and my PCP requested records on multiple occasions and it took about six months for the office to finally comply. This is so unfortunate. Your staff can really make or break someone's experience, and the support staff here is lacking. I would however like to note that the nurses are also wonderful and very kind.December 20, 2016by Virginia Dalton
