- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was referred here from my last dentist's office in Cincinnati because it was another Heartland dentist. Once my insurance was processed, I called and got an appointment the following week. From the front desk reps, to Natasha, who took photos of my teeth and cleaned them, to the dentist, I positive I chose the right group as my dentist provider. I had a $1 coupon for a free take home whitening kit that they forgot to take impressions and I have to go back to get it done, since the trays are personalized. Other than that, I'm thoroughly impressed! Natasha was so awesome, taking time to explain things and answering all my questions. Highly recommend this provider.March 01, 2017by Michelle Liulama
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Everyone was nice, but I was specific when I called about scheduling an appointment for an orthodontist consultation for my son. They never mentioned they only do invisiline braces. It was a waste of time for everyone. Had I known that's all they do I never would have taken off work and would have found a different orthodontist.March 01, 2017by Teri Watson
