- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I scheduled my first appointment with them (Not with Dr. Cajas, with one of the others) because I needed a refill on a prescription, should have been a super straight forward and easy appointment. I scheduled early in the morning so I could get it done because I had family in town and when I arrived, the waiting room was already pretty packed but since there were three doctors, I figured it would go fast. About twenty minutes after I arrived, they took me back to get vitals, when I returned to the waiting room, they called another woman and she made a nasty comment as she went back about how it was about time. I ignored it at first. Two hours later, I agreed and left. If they are going to treat a new patient like that, I can't imagine what they do to a reoccurring patient!! Definitely avoid at all costs - no one in the waiting room was happy, the wait was ridiculous and there was no apology when I went up to let them know that I had to leave so they could just let my slot go to someone else.December 06, 2016by Stephanie Scheller
