- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst experience I have ever had trying to get an appointment! After being referred to Dr. Biediger by my primary care doctor, I made an appoint for my sons during Thanksgiving break. I was called 2 days before my appointment, and told that it was being cancelled because Dr. Biediger decided to go out of town. They rescheduled me for December 31st, and I politely asked if that was going to work, since it was New Years eve. I was reassured that the appointment would stand. Just received a call this morning, that the doctor has decided to take vacation, and you guessed it, they cancelled my 2 appointments AGAIN! When I expressed my frustration to the receptionist, she hung up on me! I will not take my medical business to a place as unprofessional as this! It is difficult to get appointment during school breaks, and now I basically have no chance of getting my sons seen during this break, thanks to this office and their poor management!January 11, 2017by Stephanie Conklin
