- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Made an appointment for my son. They called once and left message asking me to call and confirm. My dentist does the same thing and I've never called them. On the day before the appointment they called again and this time left message saying if I did not call then they would cancel appointment and charge a no-show fee. I listened to this message at 6:30 PM after they closed and the appointment was at 09:00 the next day when they opened. I would strongly suggest they change this silly policy. I made the appointment for a reason. Too late for my business though. I told the girl on the phone the same thing and she seemed like she couldn't care less.September 13, 2017by Brian Stewart
