- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪CALLED TO OFFICE ON COMMERCIAL THIS MORNING FOR UNDERSTANDING ON APPT, BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY MARKED FOR PHYSICIAN ONLY AND WANTED TO MAKE SURE I WAS GOING TO BE TESTED ,AS WELL AS GETTING PRESCRIPTION FOR GLASSES,THE YOUNG GIRL WHOM ANSWERED BUT DID NOT IDENTIFY HERSELF WAS VERY RUDE. I EXPLAINED MY QUESTION AND SHE CONTINUED TO BE RUDE,SHE WE ONLY HAVE 3 PEOPLE ANSWERING THE PHONE AND I HAVE 20 CALLS BEHIND YOURS WHAT CAN I HELP YOU WITH TOLD HER I WANT TO MAKE SURE THE APPT WAS FOR TESTING AS WELL , SHE SAID YES FIRST YOU HAVE TO SEE THE DOCTOR THEN THEY WILL DO TEST THEN YOU CAN TAKE YOUR PRESCRIPTION AND GO ANYWHERE TO GET IT FILLED ? TOLD WHY WOULD I GO ELSE WHERE TO HAVE FILLED YOU YOUR FACILITY HAS AN GLASS CENTER, THEN SHE SAY WELL YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO THRU THEM, IS THAT ALL .
