  I dont know if anyone else experience the same problem. But i call to schedule an appointment and same day I set up a portal to keep updated. I call to confirm my appointment a day before and the said apparently I was a no call no show. So I said okay my mistake let me reschedule a week from now, keep in mind I always write down my appointments which I found the call a little weird. Next day I checked my portal and It said no upcoming appointments so I called to verified and they say it keeps showing no call no show. I said well thats weird because I scheduled a week from now and she said she couldn't understand me and cut me off. All I can say unprofessional.

  I have been going to this location for many years and over the past 2 it has improved greatly! The ladies they now have at the front desk were very sweet, helpful and pleasant. I saw a Dr. who's first name was Elsa. She was also very kind and personable and made me feel comfortable right away. The location is small and as with other Dr.'s offices the wait is dependent on what they encounter from patient to patient so make sure you schedule a few hours for the visit just in case. I spent no more than an hour and a half there from start to finish for an annual. I would highly recommend this location!
